Better Advertising is currently offering a multifaceted career opportunity as our Director Agency Partnerships, which is based in NYC. In this career defining opportunity, you will utilize your online behavioral targeting, ad ops, trafficking, and client management background to build relationships and be the subject matter expert for online advertising agencies. This is a leadership role, where you can work alongside industry thought leaders in a dynamic, fast paced environment. We are offering a multifaceted career opportunity, with limitless growth potential where you can solve complex problems for an elite clientele and build relationships with a who’s who in the online agency world. Please note, this is not a sales role.


In this role you will:
  • Interface with key ad agency decision makers to evangelize Better Advertising’s technology platform.
  • Spearhead our ad agency partner channel by functioning as the primary point of contact and providing superior client management.
  • Educate agency counterparts on behavioral advertising privacy and risk mitigation issues.
  • Be the subject matter expert for agency clients, from account directors to traffickers, on how our business platform integrates with other online advertising environments and identify areas of opportunity in both organizational process and technical applications.
  • Extract and translate business requirements from ad agencies into product specifications.
  • Participate in product team de-briefings.
  • Support and present at Design Program sessions with executives from leading agencies.
  • Identify business opportunities at each agency and support business development and sales processes.
  • Design metrics and analytical methods to understand business problems and work cross functionally across the organization to lead solution implementation.

Online Marketing Manager

Better Advertising, a NY-based technology startup continues to grow and we are actively looking to hire an Online Marketing Manager. In this highly critical role, our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, agile, organized and creative marketer who can think outside the box and support the founding team in a wide-range of marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to expand your career and get your foot in the door with room for growth in a revolutionary company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing materials and support the founding team in a wide-range of marketing initiatives.
  • Spearhead social media, blog and email marketing communications.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on a variety of issues including competitive research, public policy issues, etc.
  • Distill key points and strategic perspectives from multiple sources.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years experience working directly with senior executives as a marketing coordinator in the online advertising industry required. (Online ad agency, ad network, ad exchange, social networking site, portal site or publisher.)
  • Strong social media experience (Twitter, Facebook, blogging, etc.)
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint presentation development and editing.
  • Highly organized and excellent at managing various projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating independently, as well as in a team inside a fast moving startup environment and communicating results to management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and organizational skills.
  • Longer-form communications (Word)
  • Experience with public speaking and event calendar management, planning & execution.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
